  1. Easy to Set Up

Posted by Clive on 29th Dec 2011

This was brought to enable my son to connect his xbox360 to a wireless network. It is initially hard to set up if only because the instructions are in pidgeon english, and do not state that to set this up sucessfully, your PC MUST be disconnected from the wireless network AND the PCs' USB must be able to supply the unit with sufficient power. NOT ALL Laptops (if you use one to configure this device) will have enough power through the USB power the unit for set up. So if you use a laptop and you fail to create the connection or the unit shows network unplugged, this is why. When you get to the stage where it asks you to input a security code so that it can "create" a password, you have to enter the password that you use to connect to your router/hub/home hub. Hope this helps.
